This Privacy Policy explains how CoverageCooperative, doing business as ConquerEarthMC ("ConquerEarthMC," "we," "us," or "our"), handles information in connection with the ConquerEarthMC website, store, Minecraft servers, Discord community, and related services (collectively, the "Services").

By accessing or using the Services, you acknowledge the practices described in this Privacy Policy.

1. Information we collect or receive

ConquerEarthMC does not directly collect or store complete payment-card numbers, card security codes, PayPal passwords, bank-account credentials, cryptocurrency wallet credentials, or other sensitive payment credentials.

We may receive, access, or process limited information needed to operate the Services, fulfill purchases, provide support, protect the community, prevent fraud, enforce our rules, and maintain server security. This information may include:

• Minecraft username, UUID, and related in-game account information;
• store order number, transaction ID, purchase date, payment status, purchased package, subscription status, and renewal status;
• email address, where provided through the store, payment process, support request, Discord, or another communication channel;
• Discord username, Discord user ID, messages, attachments, and support-ticket information you provide;
• information included in communications you send to us;
• server logs, moderation records, reports, chat messages, connection records, IP addresses, device or technical information, and activity relevant to security, gameplay, rule enforcement, or server administration; and
• information related to fraud, payment disputes, chargebacks, account misuse, cheating, rule violations, or ban evasion.

We collect, receive, and retain only the information reasonably necessary for the purposes described in this Privacy Policy.

2. Store and payment processing

Our store is provided through CraftingStore. Store accounts, checkout, order management, payment processing, subscriptions, and payment-related fraud prevention may be handled by CraftingStore and its payment providers.

Payment providers may include PayPal, Stripe, Coinbase, or other payment methods offered at checkout. These providers may process your name, email address, billing information, transaction details, payment status, IP address, device information, and fraud-prevention information.

We do not receive or store your complete payment-card number, card security code, PayPal password, bank-account credentials, or other full payment credentials.

Your use of CraftingStore, PayPal, Stripe, Coinbase, Discord, and other third-party services is subject to the terms and privacy policies of those providers. Review their policies before using their services.

3. How we use information

We may use information we collect or receive to:

• process, verify, fulfill, and support purchases, ranks, subscriptions, and other Virtual Items;
• confirm payment status and investigate failed, duplicate, unauthorized, disputed, or fraudulent transactions;
• deliver purchased packages, ranks, permissions, cosmetics, commands, and other in-game benefits;
• communicate with you about purchases, support requests, server access, moderation actions, service notices, or security issues;
• run, maintain, secure, troubleshoot, and improve the Services;
• enforce our Terms of Service, server rules, community guidelines, Discord rules, and other policies;
• detect, investigate, prevent, and respond to cheating, exploits, fraud, account theft, chargeback abuse, ban evasion, harassment, spam, security incidents, and harmful or unlawful conduct;
• maintain moderation, security, payment, support, and enforcement records;
• comply with legal obligations and respond to valid legal requests, disputes, or investigations; and
• protect the rights, property, safety, security, integrity, and reputation of ConquerEarthMC, CoverageCooperative, staff, players, and third parties.

4. When we share information

We do not sell personal information.

We may share limited information when reasonably necessary with:

• CraftingStore, payment providers, and service providers that help process purchases, subscriptions, fraud checks, delivery, support, hosting, security, or communications;
• authorized ConquerEarthMC staff, moderators, administrators, contractors, or service providers who need the information to run the Services, provide support, investigate incidents, or enforce rules;
• payment providers, banks, card networks, and fraud-prevention providers in connection with payment reviews, unauthorized-payment claims, chargebacks, refunds, or disputes;
• law-enforcement agencies, government authorities, courts, or other parties where disclosure is required by law, legal process, or reasonably necessary to protect rights, property, safety, or security; and

5. Discord and support communications

If you contact us through Discord, email, a support ticket, social media, a form, or another communication channel, we may retain the information you provide. This may include your username, user ID, messages, attachments, purchase details, and support or moderation history.

We use this information to respond to you, investigate your request, provide support, enforce our rules, maintain records, and protect the Services.

Do not send passwords, complete payment-card details, government identification, private keys, recovery phrases, or other highly sensitive information through Discord tickets, public chat, or informal support channels.

6. Minecraft server information

When you connect to or use a ConquerEarthMC Minecraft server, we may process technical and gameplay information needed to run and secure the server.

This may include your Minecraft username, UUID, IP address, connection time, connection logs, server activity, chat messages, reports, moderation history, enforcement actions, and other information relevant to gameplay, server administration, rule enforcement, or security.

We may use manual and automated systems to detect cheating, exploit abuse, spam, ban evasion, account compromise, malicious activity, or other conduct that threatens the server or community.

7. Cookies, logs, and similar technologies

CraftingStore, payment providers, website-hosting providers, Discord, and other third-party services may use cookies, pixels, local storage, log files, device identifiers, and similar technologies to provide functionality, maintain security, process payments, prevent fraud, remember preferences, and understand service use.

ConquerEarthMC may use reasonable logging, security, analytics, and fraud-prevention technologies in connection with the Services.

You may be able to control certain cookies through your browser or device settings. Disabling cookies or similar technologies may affect the availability, security, or functionality of parts of the Services.

8. Data retention

We retain information only for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described in this Privacy Policy.

Retention periods may depend on the type of information, why it was collected, the status of an active subscription or purchase, legal requirements, chargebacks, disputes, fraud-prevention needs, moderation history, security needs, and enforcement records.

We may retain certain information after account deletion, purchase completion, or a ban where reasonably necessary to prevent fraud, enforce bans, resolve disputes, comply with legal obligations, maintain security, or protect the Services and community.

9. Your privacy rights and choices

Depending on where you live and applicable law, you may have rights to request access to, correction of, deletion of, restriction of, or information about personal information we hold about you.

To make a request concerning information held directly by ConquerEarthMC, contact us through an official support channel. Provide enough information for us to verify your identity and locate the relevant account or record.

Requests concerning information held by CraftingStore, PayPal, Stripe, Coinbase, Discord, or another third-party provider must be directed to that provider. We cannot access, correct, delete, or retrieve information we do not control.

We may decline or limit a request where permitted or required by law, including where responding would affect another person's rights, compromise security, interfere with fraud prevention or an investigation, prevent appropriate rule enforcement, or conflict with a legal obligation.

10. Security

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational measures designed to protect information under our control.

No website, server, payment platform, online service, or data transmission can be guaranteed completely secure. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your Minecraft, Discord, email, CraftingStore, and payment-provider accounts.

CraftingStore and its payment providers are responsible for the security of information processed through their own platforms, including payment credentials and account information under their control.

11. Children's privacy

The Services are intended for users who are at least 16 years old. We do not knowingly collect personal information directly from a child under 13.

If you are a parent or legal guardian and believe that a child has provided personal information to ConquerEarthMC without required consent, contact us through an official support channel. We will review the request and take appropriate action where required.

12. International data processing

ConquerEarthMC, CraftingStore, payment providers, Discord, hosting providers, and other service providers may process information in countries other than the country in which you live.

Those countries may have privacy laws that differ from the laws of your jurisdiction. By using the Services, you understand that information may be transferred to, stored in, or processed in other jurisdictions as permitted by law.
