Brewing
Cook ingredients in a cauldron, distil the brew when required, then age it in the right barrel.
How brewing works
- Place a water-filled cauldron above a heat source.
- Add the listed ingredients and wait for the cooking time.
- Take the brew out with glass bottles.
- Distil it for the listed number of runs if the recipe needs distilling.
- Age it in the listed barrel wood if the recipe needs aging.
One barrel year lasts 20 real minutes. A normal Minecraft barrel counts as oak.
Brew quality
Cooking time, distilling and aging affect the drink's quality. A rough batch may have a different name from a well-made batch.
